We know how excited you are to receive your LIKHA products!  Getting your purchase to you as quickly as possible is our top priority.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 excluding tax, and after promotional discounts are applied. Use promo code FREESHIP at check out. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and will be included in the final price. Orders are sent via Standard Shipping unless faster service (for an additional fee) is requested. Please allow 7-10 days for orders to arrive.

At the moment, we are only able to ship within the US.

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address after placing an order. We’ll do our best to assist you, though changes may be subject to the order’s processing stage.

We want you to be absolutely happy with your Handmade Maine purchase.  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please get in touch with our team [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will work with you to fulfill your refund or exchange. 

When sending back your items, please use the original packaging to make sure your return arrives back to us in new condition.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (less shipping costs) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
